Support & FAQ

Quick answers for TikTit members. For account-specific help, open a ticket—we read every message.

Most questions fall into a few buckets: getting into your account, reporting someone, understanding privacy, or preparing for a safer first meet. Use the FAQ below first. If you are dealing with harassment or a scam attempt, block the profile, report it in-product, and contact us with timestamps if you need a human review path.

If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. TikTit support can help with platform issues; emergency responders help with real-world safety.

Read our Privacy Policy for categories of data and choices. We do not sell contact-form contents to data brokers.

Most tickets get a first response within one to two business days. Safety issues are prioritized over general preference questions.

Still stuck?

If the FAQ does not cover your situation, write to us with as much context as you can share safely. We would rather get a clear timeline than a novel—and we would rather you block early than stay in a chat that feels wrong.
